Great relaxing experience
We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Food was good, all staff including cruise managers were very pleasant. Already booked next years cruise.

Pleasant but a wee bit disappointing this year
Very pleasant but on the first call I wanted to book a single room. I was told that you would get back to me. After 2 days later I rang you again when I was told all single occupancy had been taken....

Very efficient booking Service
Although we booked on Thursday we have not received any confirmation either by post or email as of Saturday! The lady we spoke to was very helpful and answered all the questions we had.

Firstly no problem getting through to someone to talk to, which in this day and age is something. Then the person who I spoke with was able to answer all my question. Friendly and most helpful.
