It would be nice for customers to be provided clear and transparent statistics which drive your figures up so high. I asked for these which should be public information but it was not available. Both my bulldogs are puppies at 8 weeks and none have had any conditions and are in great health. No claims have been made. Also I think factors such as where the pup came from and what measures are in place to ensure the good breeding of the pup for health reasons should be taken into consideration. It just seems that insures are happy to just take the negative issues to consideration in order to raise premiums. However that said I am with you and to date I have had no issues with you so please do not take this as a fully negative review. I’m just highlighting to new customers how likely you are to raise primiums not by just a little but by over 100% in a couple of months... I was shocked to say the least. It’s nothing to do with area as my friend at the other end of the country has also tried for insurance and got the same quote as me. But thank you for your response, however it would be benificial if those statistics you base your increases on could be made public.

Thank you for your feed back Tom. It’s the same feed back I got which made me make this post to show people that the premiums look attractive but will shoot up quickly. I stand by my review as it is factually correct and again I don’t see how figures of claims of specific breeds can be sensitive. Your not giving out the names of the pets just the figures which would be open to inspection. However again thank you for confirming my review there is no need for a reply to this now I’m content with my rating. Thank you for your time.
