Very poor telephone response

Customer service is fine ONCE YOU GET THROUGH. Telephone access is dismal and you have to listen to a load of **** before getting to an option of talking to someone. On three occasions I gave up...

I had a policy out with e and l .My dog Maggie died put claim in Spoke to a person on line as excess very high £140 plus 35 percent of get a fees to be told it's ONLY £300 WELL TO THST PERDON IT MSY...

Great insurance company

Initial thoughts are great insurance company....online application easy to complete and very reasonable priced. Only reason not given 5 stars is will need to see how they deal with any claims
