Well we didnot make a booking in the end the hotel @ Torquay looked very tired so just gave it a miss. Would prefer to pay more and get a decent hotel. The reviews were not too good the price...

Hello and thank you for your review. Sorry to hear that you decided not to book because you felt that the hotel was 'tired'. The Riviera Hotel is very well located in Torquay, close to the town centre and is just 3 mins walk from the seafront. It has indoor leisure facilities, a brand-new Sports Bar and a show-bar with nightly entertainment. Many of the bedrooms have recently been refurbished and you can guarantee one of these rooms for a reasonable supplement (subject to availability). Not all hotels suit all people, of course, but £139 for 3 nights' dinner, bed and breakfast, nightly entertainment, a festive theme, coach travel & excursions is exceptional value, and we are sure that the people who are booked will not be disappointed. If you change your mind, please let us know - we'd love to have you join us.

Toureasy is a great name as Tina did make it easy.
I spoke to Tina when I enquired about the Frankfurt Christmas Market in Birmingham & she was so informative about trip & was a great help when I phoned again to book .
