Good service, but a little more communication needed
I think that the service that you provide is good; it's easy to contact people when I have a problem and people react quickly, which is great! However, sometimes the quality of the clean isn't that...

Erika communicates well and takes on board comments I leave in the communication book. I have had issues with accounting, but we seem to have sorted that our now.
