We are extremely sorry you were not happy with the delivery. Our Terms & Conditions state (which you have to tick to say you have read & agreed) that all deliveries are kerbside deliveries and heavier items will need someone at the address to assist the driver, We never send out our products on pallets as most domestic customers would not have a fork lift to get the pallet off the lorry. We would also never send out a BBQ in the state you described if you let us know straight away if something is wrong we can deal with it immediately.

fast order process, quick specific day delivery....would use again and recommend to others
We are sorry you are not happy with the skewers, these are flat so you can rest them on the stand, we suggest pushing the food together more so they cannot turn on the skewer, maybe mixing meat with peppers, onion or mushrooms, we have had a lot of people say they really like this product, it may be just a bit of practice needed. Please let us know if you would like more information.
