Keep clear!

Home insurance sold, never got documents in post. Tried to login, was told reference number won't be good enough. Tried to make a claim, was told won't be honoured. Pointless.

Your cover is fully active so there wouldn't be an issue in logging a claim with us. The reference for you to log in online would be the same policy number you've used here. We can also see from the notes that your claim was for something not covered on your policy and we explained this with your Husband.
