Congratulations on your success with your part 3. The DVSA Trainee Licence is valid for 6-months and application requires the selection and trainee declaration to complete either additional training or a percentage of lesson being supervised. The later option not available with the driving school. There is no guarantee of an additional licence being granted by the DVSA, but certainly compliance with the rules of the first licence is taken into consideration. With the additional training, as mentioned you are informed during your induction, it is also why your online training and online classrooms are assigned to you with a 12-week deadline date and tailored to the full curriculum at this stage of your learning program within that 12-weeks. We strive to support all trainees to engage with the content they have purchased and this should be part of a careful decision making process when selecting an instructor training provider. The premium instructor training course, follows our 5-goals for success strategy and combines independent learning with online classrooms and in-car training to ensure the full national standard for driver and rider trainers is suitably covered.
