Regarding the Danube boat ride, we have investigated the situation and found that we were not notified about the cancellation either. We apologize for not informing you in advance. We also regret the communication issues you experienced, particularly with the driver-guide situation and the hotel in Frankfurt. We appreciate your feedback and will work to improve these areas.
