Not impressed

Driver was great but a rip off in terms of cost. Had booked a van and paid extra for that but ended up with a car. Was difficult to fit our luggage. Not impressed

However, we are terribly sorry to realise that you experienced such a hassle in one of the transfers you booked with us. We completely understand how frustrating this was for you and that you were expecting the service you paid for. Since we consider that you did not experience our real services, please note that we have already activated the refund for the 23 € difference of the price from a normal sedan car to a minivan. You will receive the amount back at your VISA account within 4 business days. We are well aware of how hectic travelling can get sometimes, so our last goal is to cause any inconvenience to our customers when they are travelling. This is why we truly apologize for not being able to provide you with the most hassle-free experience possible. The driver arrived precisely on time, he was polite but fast. We arrived to the airport on time aswell without any problem.

Very good service

We booked really late but they were able to fulfil our booking which was for our daughter travelling alone. It gave us peace of mind that we knew the name of the taxi driver and put her mind at rest...
