I have checked your booking (525965) and the extra option for the meet & greet dit not get through.
I see you have sent a message to ask for the extra meet & greet option.
My colleague has sent a message back to ask to upgrade your booking by adding balance to your account. Unfortunately, we did not receive any message that the balance had been added, so we did not add the meet & greet.
I would like to apologize for that. I will make sure that the balance that is in your account will be refunded immediately.

I was picked up really late. Had to wait 45 minutes! U happy with condition of the car, it was quite dirty and smelly.
