Excellent service & excellent quality merchandise - highly recommend
I was not happy with the diary as stickers stuck to front and back could not be removed and left unsightly marks. Asked for new diary to be sent and this took over a week and when it did arrive it...

Hello Caroline, Hopefully you will see from the other comments, we pride ourselves on our product and service. We are very sorry we have fallen below your standards. You now have two diaries that we have sent. We have tested and any residue from a point of sale label comes off easily. To help, the second we sent you we even took off the label to ensure all was ok. We have communicated with you throughout and did not even ask for you to return the original diary before sending a replacement. I hope, all of the above would allow you to review that this is worth one star? Please let us know what else we can do? Many thanks, Peter

On Friday I received my diary as ordered with my name printed on it. I had excellent service from Simon who ensured that my order was completed to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the quality of the diary and the cover. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to review this product. This has been tested and no residue is left that can not be easily removed. As an overall diary, from the cover to the insides, I hope that you can reconsider a 1 star review for residue from a sticker. We sent a replacement to you for your complain, we removed the label before sending it.
