My Mistake !!!!

No problem with the service it was the cost which stuck in the throat a £10 charge for the simple task of changing my address, in the information technology age very disappointing.

Annabel, following your response I am forced to eat humble pie and admit I confused Trinity Insurance with WorldWideInsure who currently provide my Travel Insurance - sorry. It was them not you who charged me £10 to change address. Your company did indeed change my possessions insurance for nothing - thank you. I might be ringing you about Travel Insurance as well, as soon as the current policy ends!!!
