The fulfillment of the order was excellent. We ordered two sweaters, one women's and one men's. They are absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is of the highest quality.

Hi Yvonne,
Thanks for the feedback. I can assure you that your order was dispatched with 48 hours of receiving the order. We shipped your order on 29th November and also sent you a confirmation on the same day. Unfortunately the postal services were incredibly delayed and it took an extortionate about of time to get to you in SC. We apologise for the delays with international postage at the time, however postal times are back to normal now.
Thanks again for your feedback

Shipping was delayed because of COVID but the customer service was amazing. They responded to my emails quickly and eventually the sweater arrived in beautiful condition. Great quality!
