Hi,
Whenever our advertisers confirm receipt of a successfully completed survey, they will send a credit. When that is issued to your account it is applied automatically to your account and is then available for withdrawal.
We can see having reviewed your account that you've received a large number of credits for surveys, and have then gone on to withdraw those funds through a large number of payments, all of which were issued within a few hours of request.
This seems to contradict your review, so lease for clarity and confirmation of all the facts confirm
1 - How many surveys you've received credit from
2 - How much you've earned and been paid for taking surveys via our site
3 - How quickly those payments were issued to you.
It seems strange that you missed this information from your original review, and perhaps you can also explain why as it then misleads the people reading the review who are looking for facts on which to base their decisions.
