Held to ransom
They wouldn’t send us our final flight information until I left a positive feedback on Facebook which I don’t do so it was a hassle I could do without after paying for a holiday

Hidden costs with flights.. no reminders or checks re costings
Not happy with flights and when complaining, not satisfied with results.. cost us a lot more than originally planned..

Vile hotel
Don't lie to people said holiday was in center of Amsterdam it was not had to get tram every day to get to center and it took about 30 minutes I don't call that the center also the hotel? was a dose...

Complete con
I was sold an upgrade of sea view/ "superior room" , no such thing existed at the resort ! Complete waste of money, hotel knew nothing about this . Be very wary of any upgrades etc with this...

The apartments where great my son loved that there was a childs pool
As a family it had a big pool and the child pool and it was a 5min walk too get your breakfast lunch and dinner the apartments where lovely and kept clean

Went to Benidorm in 2017, had no problems with the service at all. We booked with another party of 2 people. Different provider. We arrived at the hotel an hour before them on coach with Super...
