Come up with a real premium product not just another sweater made in Portugal with a sunspel label inside identical to one of armed angels which sold for half the price on sale last year

Hi, thank you for your feedback and review of our service. I'm sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with the item you purchased from us. We would love to make all our products in the UK but unfortunately due to the limited size of our UK factory, we simply aren't able to manufacture all of our garments here. We've also found in many cases the quality of our garments can be held to a much higher spec when manufactured in Portugal. We still make as many items in the UK that we feel is possible to do at a fantastic quality, but where we couldn't our factory in Portugal has been used. We would never want anyone to feel stuck with a product they aren't 100% happy with so if you would like to return the item we will be happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange. Amazingly quick delivery, especially given the current Covid-19 situation! Only downside was the import duties applied to the overseas delivery which I hadn’t foreseen and were extortionate...might...
Ordering was simple and delivery was quick. Products are great. I had a minor problem that was solved with our fuss. That left me feeling really great about Sunspel. Brilliant.
