I am very sorry to hear you are unhappy with your most recent purchase and the service which has followed.
I can happily confirm your previous email had been responded too, on the January 22, 2015. The images attached previously, were up to standard for the design and fonts selected. The name can look different depending on the backing colour (set to the design) as well as the font that is selected.
I have se rent my response via email, and have added our representative for your region into the thread so we can investigate this further.

I can confirm from the items you have received are our Cool Kids Value Pack -Name Labels. Our name labels are a vinyl label, and are deigned for books, drink bottles, containers etc as they are dishwasher and microwave safe.
We have a separate category online for clothing labels, as our name labels will not adhere to any fabric.
