We are pleased to hear that we provided a good service over the phone. We try to keep our prices as competitive as possible. For existing customers such as yourself, you can save up to 10% at renewal as you did. Unfortunately our prices have gone up slightly from last year as the government increased Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) at the end of last year so that is reflected in our prices. We are always happy to look at ways of keeping your premium down, so if you are doing a different type of job than last year, or if you would be satisfied with a lower amount of cover for loss of earnings for example, then we can look reducing your premium. Please let us know if you'd like us to look at other options for you.
