Firstly; we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our delivery service. You had placed your order late night Friday 5th and so your order was then processed on Monday 8th. Your delivery address is not a mainland UK delivery zone and so to avoid charging you the additional £7.99 that would be required for a 3day delivery to your postcode we decided to waive the surcharge as a gesture of goodwill and put the delivery onto MyHermes couriers (apologies for the missing digit in tracking number)
We will ensure for any future order that you are charged the full delivery charge to get your order to you quicker!

firstly oban is on the mainland it's the gate way to the islands it's were you get the ferries to the islands and I repeat oban is part of the mainland so I don't understand a £7.50 extra charge to deliver to mainland scotland

All of our delivery surcharge postcodes are visible on our website and with all of our couriers, a PA postcode above a certain number (we would not obviously disclose in full) carries a delivery surcharge. We hope this is of help for the future.
