Very good. No problem other than not letting us know that their systems had changed…
Very good. No problem other than not letting us know that their systems had changed from 2013 when they emailed us details of the key collection. This year we had to log in to our account to find out.

No complaints now we've used the service. Was a tiny bit disconcerting that they don't send email / letter of confirmation of booking... I know you can go into website and see booking but a website...

Would have said excellent but the pool was dirty as the pump was broken. We…
Would have said excellent but the pool was dirty as the pump was broken. We were unable to swim it was fixed the morning we left.
