Service was great when booking However I'm still waiting for a reply from them now we have paid deposit. Understand it's a busy period,but they really shouldn't make customers wait for over a week...

Great service and attentive to individuals
Very good service, when we had a small issue with electrics at the Villa Jane constantly checked in with us, keeping us updated and ensuring we were having the best time, can’t fault the service at...

Note, this only concerns the booking process and not the holiday villa as we haven't been yet. However, the booking process was very good: easy and having made a mistake with my own name spelling...

Great customer service!
The Sales agent (Victoria) was exemplary in helping to book the villa that we wanted, and explained the add-ons available. It was the best customer service encountered for a very long time.
