Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for being a loyal customer for the last few years, we genuinely appreciate the support you’ve given us over that time. The upcoming change to our delivery service was not a decision we took lightly, but as a business that has grown in product range we now have many customers who buy multiple products from us, receiving multiple different deliveries. One of the most common sources of feedback we receive is the frustration of being able to track orders and reliability of delivery timings. We explored lots of different options. We decided that one simple unified system for all orders is the fairest way to ensure that all customers benefit from a better delivery service. We fully appreciate that this is a change, and that any additional cost is a hard ask of customers. We do want to make it as easy as possible for every customer to enjoy this better service and minimise any fees. Grouping existing orders together is our way of doing this, hopefully relevant even for customers just buying one product from smol, and allowing us to keep a price that matches the supermarket brands. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team who will be able to look at your account to see what would work best for you.

We welcome feedback always, and we totally understand the frustration with the packaging. We are restricted by the laws in place to protect children, so we are unable to provide different packaging for individuals without children. However, we do have a few tips to aid a smoother glide of the drawer: Use a flat surface with a wall to the left side. Push your pack against the wall, follow the instructions to remove all tabs, and then push the other tabs in. Tilt your box upwards as you slide the drawer out. If ripping or cutting your packs with scissors and decanting into a container is the best option for you, we totally support you!
