Bare kunder med kjøpsbevis kan legge igjen en Feefo-anmeldelse. Vi kvalitetssikrer dette ved å ta kontakt med kjøperne rett etter transaksjonen.

Hvordan verifiserer vi anmeldelser?

Vi kontrollerer at anmeldelsene kommer fra ekte kunder ved å knytte dem til et salg eller en transaksjon. Folk inviteres bare til å legge igjen en anmeldelse etter at de har kjøpt noe fra virksomheten.

Thank you for your feedback. I can see that you have already spoken to one of my colleagues regarding this matter and we can only apologise once again for our error. Unfortunately, our credit control team had, in error, missed the note and proceeded to issue the standard template debt chase letters. This is certainly not the type of service you can expect from SME Business Insurance and hopefully we will be able to prove this to you in the future. Thank you for your feedback. A default charge is applied by Close Brothers Premium Finance when a direct debit is returned unpaid, it seems that you cancelled the direct debit at your bank leading to the defaulted payment, but if there is any error by SME Business Insurance or the finance company then this charge would be waived. after placing my review of sme insurance they quickly got in touch regarding the fees.they apologised for the extra charge and as a show of goodwill refunded the full fee not just the extra £50. it's nice that they admitted they were wrong and i feel they deserve a second chance for showing geniune concern over upsetting one of their customers. i would now consider using sme insurance again my new rating is for good customer relations .
