Dear Customer, Thank you for your response. The carpark is on an ANPR system and it is likely there was something blocking the camera so this did not read your vehicle registration. I can view you have advised once your booking reference was provided the car park allowed you to enter and they would have located your booking with the booking reference. Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review Prior to the booking being made the website advised on the car park summary there is an additional pickup/drop off fee and under more information advises Airport charges are payable at the drop off / Collection £6 for 30 mins. Whilst we are sorry if the details were not viewed the information was available to view on the website prior to the car park being selected and the booking being made.
