Hi David, I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to get through to us. We're a booking agent based in Blackpool and as such our office hours are from 9am until 5pm Monday - Friday when we are available via telephone on 0808 168 6222 - Option 5 and live chat on our website, we also respond to emails to info@skyparksecure.com within a couple of working days. We provide telephone numbers for the car parks directly on our booking confirmations and most of them are manned 24 hours should a customer require urgent assistance.
