Your booking was sent to the car park when you made the booking on 29th April.
We can only apologise that the ANPR system at the car park did not recognise your registration plate. This could have been for many reasons, including your number plate being dirty due to motorway driving, the number plate not lining up with camera properly, or the camera being obscured by the sunshine/rain.
As the attendant that you spoke to located your booking and validated this to allow you to exit the car park, this does show that the booking was on their system.
We can only apologise that you have had a negative experience on this occasion and hope to welcome you back with a more positive experience for your next booking.
