New chalet with good bedroom/ ensuite. Lounge poor and although has facilities (sauna/hot tub/log fire) you have to be in early to put them on consequently not used. Food very poor standard, lot...

I am sorry to hear that you experienced problems on your recent holiday. We value our client’s feedback, and it is obviously never Ski Solutions intention to recommend tour operators and accommodation that do not live up to their brochure promise. In this instance Ski Solutions acted as an agent on behalf of your Tour Operator who were responsible for the service and delivery of the holiday whilst in St Anton.
If you would like to make a formal complaint please put this in writing to us at admin@skisolutions.com and we can pass this to your tour operator on your behalf.
I hope that despite these issues you had an enjoyable holiday overall and experienced some good skiing.
