only weak point: the structure of the chalet and lack of shower gel missing ( contrary to what I was told)
I haave outlined issues with the safety of the building... but nobody has returned my call

I am sorry if you feel the service your received from us didnot meet your expectations. I have looked further in to your booking tounderstand where we may have fallen short. You initially contacted us via livechat and spoke with Anna, which you then followed up with a phone call but unfortunately Anna was unavailable. I understand Anna returned your call within half an hour and ran through a number of options with you. When your preferred option in Tignes was not showing as available she offered to call the tour operator to double check the availability. You received a further call from Anna within 15 minutes to confirm that the operator was able to buy in additional flights for your preferred option and you went on to confirm the booking with Anna. Your first choice chalet was confirmed and booked within an hour of your first call to us.
I am sorry for the error that was made on your bookingconfirmation. I understand that you called us to correct the error but our After Sales team were all busy on other calls. A message was left with the team but understandably during the peak of winter we are unable to respond to our clients immediately, however our service levels dictate that all clients will receive a response from us within the working day that they contact us. You called an hour after your initial call and spoke with one of the After Sales team who corrected the name and issued you with revised documentation whilst you were on the phone.
In regards to ski hire, Anna gave options and prices over the phone and you confirmed that you were happy to contact us the following day to make arrangements. When speaking with our After Sales team you requested the prices by email, which were sent over immediately.
