Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent holiday to Les Menuires. We value our client’s feedback, and it is obviously never Ski Solutions intention to recommend tour operators and accommodation that do not live up to their brochure promise and I am sorry to hear of your experience at Chalet Brigitte. We work extensively with this tour operator and usually receive positive feedback on their properties. Ski Solutions reviews all feedback received and we address this with the relevant operator where necessary. I am sorry that in this instance the standard of accommodation did not live up to the expectations that we would expect from one of our partners.
Although our sales team have visited a large number of the properties we sell, Anna has not personally visited Chalet Brigitte. On these occasions, we have to rely on the tour operator’s description of chalets and hotels for additional details. We truly want every one of our clients to have the best holiday possible and I am sorry you were disappointed.
I am pleased to hear however that you were happy with the service you received from Anna.
I hope despite these issues you had an enjoyable holiday overall.
