Mark who investigate options and took our booking was very responsive and never pushy. He kept checking back to me helpfully and was always amenable and informative.

I am sorry that on reflection you do not feel your holiday represents good value. In the run up to the Brexit vote there was a largedegree of uncertainty in the market and we were being advised by the tour operators we work with that they would most likely raise prices if the vote was to leave. We feel it only fair to make our clients aware of potential price increases. Our clients are given the time to do whatever research they feel necessary prior to making a decision, it is regrettable if you felt the potential price increase put pressure on you to make a decision.
We will always endeavour to be sensitive to our client’s budget and provide options within that. We select our partners based on thequality of accommodation, service and price and feel all of our holidays represent good value for money, we do not however position ourselves as low cost brand.
