Thank you for your feedback. I understand there were some errors with some of the details on your booking confirmation, for which I apologise. I am glad that we managed to rectify these for you and send you a correct itinerary.
Regarding the "in-resort" tax, this is stated within the Important Information and Terms & Conditions that are agreed to at the time of booking. Despite these initial issues we hope you had a lovely holiday and that we will have you travel with us again in the future.
