The claim wasn't fussy to do. Minimal questions asked in order to get a quote. The 5 stars are only for buying the policy procedure, I can't comment on how they treat a claim if made, but so far, so...

For a variety of reasons motor premiums in the UK have seen some significant increases during 2017. As an overseas resident you may not be fully aware of the reasons for these increases. We are investigating your circumstances and will be writing to you later this week with our findings.
