Efficient with reasonable selection of holidays. Possibly more expensive than other operators for like for like holidays. Restricted choice of departure airports tiresome if you live miles away.
The booking process was efficient, the holiday pack (tickets and useful information) was well put together. The local representative was friendly and helpful.

All went smoothly , Ruth our "rep" was first class.
Very helpful and efficient. Great telephone service and everything was organised exactly as described.
