This hotel does offer simplistic styling but focusses on providing excellent customer service. We're sorry you found the chairs uncomfortable, we can pass this on the hotel and thank you for your feedback.

I would have to agree with you that the hotel really is lovely and it's so good to hear you loved the hotel as much as we do! Thank you for the review.
Most of the service offered was at meal times; breakfast, lunch and dinner All the staff were very professional, from waiters to management, and were clearly well trained and experienced.
Pre-departure, detailed and careful attention ensured that the trip went like clockwork (thank you Sardinian Places!)
In resort there was always someone to go to and always a prompt resolution to any...
