Hi. Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you were not satisfied with the product and service you received. Products faults are rare but our normal policy is to repair them free of charge (We also reimburse return postage) however in hindsight the jacket should last longer than 2 months so a replacement would have been more appropriate. This is not a product we manufacture so we have no control over the sizes and it sounds like your son may have fallen between 2 sizes which can be awkward with a compression garment. We have occasionally had this issue in the past with this product and we can add velcro to make it more snug if required (again at no charge). Your feedback also raises an important issue in that your son requires his vest daily and cannot be without it to send it back for repair. This is something we clearly need to give some thought to and my thanks to you for raising it. Andrew
