I was 100% specific on the 3M adhesive I needed and any old non-3M adhesive was sent. I then had to pay again to return the incorrect product.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry you feel we did not met the standard you expected. We have to custom slit some tapes to the widths required and always contact the customer via email to confirm if the goods are not being despatched within 2 business days.
