Bare kunder med kjøpsbevis kan legge igjen en Feefo-anmeldelse. Vi kvalitetssikrer dette ved å ta kontakt med kjøperne rett etter transaksjonen.

Hvordan verifiserer vi anmeldelser?

Vi kontrollerer at anmeldelsene kommer fra ekte kunder ved å knytte dem til et salg eller en transaksjon. Folk inviteres bare til å legge igjen en anmeldelse etter at de har kjøpt noe fra virksomheten.

need to tell people the correct information

We where told that the repayments where xwhich worked out more then weekly as told. amount per week only to find out there are no weekly repayments only monthly

Hi Joanne Thanks for sharing your feedback. I have reviewed the notes on your file. The payments were monthly and the equivalent weekly payment was less than you requested. Clearly the lender not offering a weekly payment and us quoting weekly was an issue. I apologise if this caused confusion. I am more than happy to discuss this with you further.
