I asked the question to the sales person I delt with " What are you charges or additions to the loan amount" the response was "You don't pay any cost. We make our commission off the loan provider"....

Hi Annette , thanks for taking the time to comment about your recent experience with us.We’d appreciate if you can let us know further because the loan documents were sent directly from the lender in your case. From time to time delays can occur and we apologise if this was the case in your situation.

The lender only sent the forms directly to me after i called them to find out what the hold up was and they had already sent the forms to you guys. Yet when i had asked that morning i was told that the forms had not been sent by the lender yet

Communication was disappointing after deal was set however prior to this & when finalizing paperwork service improved.
