During our VAT free events we do quote 3-5 working days for despatch due to the volume of orders that we receive during the event. We are always looking to improve our delivery timescales during promotional events.

I was really shocked at the state my goods arrived in. Whilst the outer box was in tact the contents certainly weren't! 4 of 6 boxes of the Wells Hair Colour were badly damaged. Luckily the tubes...
