The clock i wanted they had in stock, but only one and they saved it for me until i could place my order. They were very helpful from start to finish. If only all companies were as good.

I'm sure they'll be great, but as at 9am on 18 February, 10 days after placing the order, they have yet to arrive. Not great.

Sadly, when the clocks arrived - after an 11-day wait, thanks to Hermes - the French tin wall clock was dented, and the larger clock's hands failed to work (although the pendulum did).
All very disappointing.

Agnes and the team at Roger Lascelles responded quickly to my original complaint that the clocks didn't arrive in working order. After some further hiccups with Hermes the old clocks were collected, and replacement, and fully working, clocks delivered.
