Service on the ship & guides in locations were excellent.
The staff on Lord Byron worked extremely hard & were really friendly.

Nice to be met, by a rep, at airport, on the journey out. Contacted by rep before holiday. Transfers were well organised and comfortable. Nice hotel. Rep very pleasant and informative.

We are sorry, however, to read of the noise disturbance you experienced in your cabin and your disappointment with aspects of the dining experience. Should issues such as these arise during a cruise, we would encourage guests to raise them with the Cruise Director at the time, as this may allow alternative arrangements to be considered, such as a cabin move where available, or for concerns regarding food and service to be addressed whilst onboard.
