While travel arrangements are periodically reviewed to reflect operational requirements and rail network availability, we recognise that the current route may be less convenient for some guests, particularly when changing trains with luggage. We are sorry to learn that you found the journey more challenging and felt it did not offer the same level of comfort as previous travel arrangements.

Easy and straightforward to book, the brochure accurately reflected the cruise on offer. Slight problem encountered at airport check-in but this was quickly and efficiently handled by Riviera staff.
