Riviera Travel-anmeldelser

Thank you for your 4* feedback . We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your cruise overall. We are sorry that the flowers you had pre-ordered for your wedding anniversary were not delivered as planned on 26 August, and we appreciate how disappointing this must have been on such a special occasion. We are, however, pleased that our Cruise Manager was able to step in and assist, helping to ensure that your anniversary celebration remained a memorable one. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on board again in the future.

Thank you for your 5 & review ! We are delighted to hear that you had a most enjoyable trip overall and that the service provided in the dining room and bars was excellent throughout your holiday. We have also noted your comments regarding the cabin service. Whilst we appreciate this was a relatively minor aspect of an otherwise positive experience, the absence of a bath mat for two days and the lack of attention to detail on occasion did not reflect the standards we strive to deliver. We will ensure your observations are shared with the relevant shipboard team so that appropriate action can be taken . We are pleased that the positives far outweighed these minor niggles, and we hope to welcome you on another Riviera holiday in the future.

It's wonderful to hear that you found our tour to be very well organised and that you appreciated the informative tour manager and the good local guides. We're so pleased we could contribute to a positive experience for you. We hope to welcome you onboard again in the near future .

Thank you for your 5-star review of your cruise aboard Thomas Hardy. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed a peaceful and interesting holiday and that the cruise itself met your expectations. We also acknowledge your comments regarding the departure arrangements at Lyon Airport. Whilst we were not aware at the time of the issues encountered, we appreciate the frustration caused by the confusion surrounding the check-in process and the resulting time pressures before your flight. As airport procedures, airline check-in arrangements and queue management are outside of our control, we regret that this led to a stressful conclusion to an otherwise enjoyable holiday. Your feedback has been shared with our Operations team and local partners for review, and we thank you for bringing these observations to our attention. We are pleased that despite these difficulties, your overall cruise experience was worthy of a 5-star rating.

Thank you for your 4* review. It is wonderful to hear that you experienced first-class service, especially from our Cruise Director and Host. We appreciate you acknowledging the convenience of the transfer despite the flight schedule change. We are sorry to learn of the difficulties you encountered when trying to arrange extra nights in Geneva and your disappointment that this was not possible as you had envisioned. We value your feedback regarding personalising trips and will take your comments on board.
