Please be assured that our ships operate in accordance with a detailed health and safety protocol, the key elements of which are outlined within the information folder provided in each cabin. These procedures include advising guests of any measures that may be necessary, should certain illness threshold levels be reached, and are designed to protect the wellbeing and comfort of all guests and crew whilst minimising disruption wherever possible.

We're delighted to hear that you thought this river cruise was very laid back and the crew were excellent. It is typical that the Captain and crew do a walk through the lounge on the evenings of either days 6 or 7 but this is subject to the operational needs of the ship.
