Unfortunately, airlines may amend schedules for a variety of operational reasons, and these changes are outside of our control. We were also sorry to learn that your outbound flight was delayed by over an hour, further impacting your time in the city. We recognise that you would have preferred longer in Krakow and regret any disappointment this caused to your overall holiday experience.
