As per our telephone conversation, we have received the pillowcases and our QA department have reviewed them. I can confirm there is no fault with any of the pillowcases, they were simply being over dried which meant that removing the creases during the ironing process was very difficult and also changed the shade slightly due to the heat. We have laundered these pillowcases which has restored the shade and creases to the standard level. As Blenheim is a 100% cotton percale 200 thread count fabric, we would advise ironing the products whilst there is still moisture in them and not allowing them to fully dry after washing. You had previously ordered Boston, which was a 120 thread count which has much thicker and heavier yarns when compared to the very fine yarns of Blenheim. As requested I have refunded the costs of the pillowcase. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to get in touch. Regards, David

If you are not satisfied with the cushions, we can provide a full refund, however as there is no fault you would have to send back at your expense, so long as you retain proof of postage feel free to use any postage service.
