Hi Maurice, First, thank you for your business. We'd love to talk to review the resume we sent to you and find out what you think can be improved. Your purchase does include free revisions. I have looked over the original document sent carefully and compared it with the draft we provided....but...I do not see just "a few words" changed, I see an entire resume dramatically re-vamped. It's important to understand that a professional resume writer does not create a new work history for you. Of course, we cannot invent jobs or job duties. We CAN, however, use our expertise & experience to make your resume ATS-compliant, more aesthetically pleasing, and -- often most importantly --- we can help determine what to include...and what NOT to include...as well as what to draw attention to. The words, however, will still always reflect the same job history you provided because that is your story...and we cannot change it...we can only make it better to maximize your chances of interview. I don't see any record of anyone telling you "not to contact us"-- Perhaps you called a different company that time?! As soon as I read this, I reviewed your account thoroughly, examined the many communications between you & your lead writer....looked over your original resume...and compared it carefully with the one we wrote on your behalf. I actually don't see a single phrase "cut and paste"-- everything was completely re-organized, re-written, and laid out in accordance with a strategy designed to maximize the likelihood of getting more interviews --given your current career objective.
