Vacation booked, cancelled, refunded, then booked new vacation
Our flights to our vacation were cancelled 2 days before the start due to weather. Worked for 2 days (95% of the time on hold with the airline) to get us a refund. And then another 3 hours trying...

Great service!
The service we received was top notch.
We wanted to add cancelation insurance a few days after we booked the trip for peace of mind.

The trip information was conflicting with other information coming from the airline. The agent should have verified and confirmed the info to be correct even though the airline made an error.

Thank you for providing your review. We can appreciate the frustration you must be feeling having the vacation package increase in price during the booking process. We hope you understand that the pricing of travel can be very fluid and all rates and availability are solely determined by the tour operator and airline. Our web site is live and connected directly to the tour operators, airlines, cruise lines and consolidators. The last screen, before the booking is confirmed, is where a third party supplier software accesses live pricing and inventory. Prices do fluctuate and as you will hopefully concur, this is an area where we have absolutely no control. Employee performance is something which we feel intensely strong about and apologize if the service fell below our usual excellent standards.
