Overall the service is tremendouse, I have been travelling almost weekly since June 13 and the one problem where standards has fallen is the hot breakfast buffet.

Thank you for the constructive feedback. I'm pleased to confirm we will be addressing many of the points raised including a new vehicle entrance/exit at Southampton which is expected to be in place by June 2014.
